Yes. We finance design, hardware and installation. Only when production starts you pay a (bi-)monthly base + tariff per m³ recycled, priced below your effective tariff.

How long does install take?

Standard modules are quick to install, usually within a day. If civil works are required, for example to adjust tubing, a multi-day window may be required. We coordinate to keep interruptions minimal.

Is water recycling safe?

Yes — when it’s designed and operated properly. • We design to EN 16941-2 and run procedures aligned with RD 487/2022 (Legionella). • It’s non-potable water (toilets, cleaning, and other approved uses) — never for drinking. • Multiple safety barriers: treatment + disinfection, backflow prevention, labelled outlets. • Continuous monitoring with auto-divert to drain if any parameter is out of spec. • Routine sampling & quarterly lab tests, digital logs, and scheduled maintenance included in the service.

Does Caskade manufacture these devices?

Caskade is a vendor-agnostic designer, integrator and operator. • We select certified equipment from leading manufacturers to fit your site. • We finance, install, operate and maintain the whole system under one contract. • You get a single performance guarantee and pay per recycled m³; we handle parts, service and compliance.

What if usage is lower than expected?

You only pay for the recycled m³ delivered, plus the base service fee.

Can we buy the system – now or later?

Yes. You can buy upfront or start with our financed model and buy out later. • Buy now: Pay for design, equipment and installation once. Keep us for operations & compliance, or take full ownership. • Buy later: Start with zero upfront, pay per m³. At the nd of the term you can buy the device at residual value, extend service, upgrade, or decommission. Early buy-out is also possible.
